ABOUT

My name is Indrani Banerjee, and I am an artist and illustrator living near Nürnberg, Germany. After studying product design in Munich, I have dedicated myself to my passion for art. I have had the opportunity to showcase my work through several personal exhibitions. My greatest achievement so far is, that paintings of mine were selected for the Munich Artists‘ exhibition at the Haus der Kunst in Munich three years in a row.  

My painting style is realistic, allowing me to depict the details and vibrancy of my subjects as accurately as possible. I mainly use oil paints, watercolors, and pastels to create different moods and textures. Inspired by flora and fauna, I aim to capture the beauty of nature and bring its calming effect into our often stressful daily lives. Through my artwork I want to create a deep connection with nature and invite viewers to experience a moment of peace and inspiration. Passionately I strive to bring the beauty of nature to life on canvas.
